Warranty
Products purchased on this website are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects as well as any malfunction occurring within this period.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or incorrect assembly, modification, or alteration of the product by the customer, nor for any use, handling, and/or evident signs of inappropriate treatment.
How to return a product to technical support
It is important that items sent to technical support are fully packaged and protected, with no labels attached to the original packaging.
If the product arrives at our warehouse damaged due to insufficient packaging or protection, the warranty may not cover the repair.
If the original packaging is no longer available, the customer must use a sufficiently large shipping box with an adequate amount of protective material underneath, above, and around the product (bubble wrap, paper bags, foam, etc.). This prevents any movement of the product inside the box.
Products excluded from the warranty include discontinued items or clearance products. We reserve the right to offer the customer the solution we consider appropriate, depending on availability.

Warranty Suspension
The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as weather conditions, fire, water, abnormal use of the product, accidental drops, or misuse by the customer or any unauthorized person.
It also does not cover normal wear and tear, nor breakage caused by incorrect assembly, improper handling, or inadequate storage.
We reserve the right to have each returned product examined by independent experts, and to void the warranty if the competent authority determines that the damage was caused by the customer.
